What does a session look like?
We’ll start off by having an in-depth, casual conversation about your health goals and your health history. I might ask you about your diet, work history, medications, opinions, and more. If there’s something you don’t want to talk about, we simply don’t. Next, I will run 1-3 recommendations by you to see if they are attainable or doable. Within 48 hours, you’ll receive an email detailing your wellness plan, which might include dietary changes, herbs, supplements, wellness practices, or bodywork recommendations and an invitation to book a follow up.
What schools of thought do you believe in?
I believe in whole foods, total bodily autonomy, eating a lot of fiber, hydrating with pure water, using herbs to heal and enhance your life, getting in movement when you can, sleeping as much as possible, going to the bathroom every single morning, and that every single body is individual. What works for one doesn’t work for all!
What schools of thought do you not believe in?
You did not “manifest” your illness with bad thoughts. Your emotions and feelings do not directly cause disease. The carnivore diet. Keto. Intermittent fasting. It isn’t your fault that you’re experiencing health issues, no matter what choices you made in the past.
